Vacation!!
I'll be out of cyber-touch for a while as the wife and I are headed out on a long overdue vacation. First to Nashville, TN and a performance of the Grand Ole Opry (Wendy is a big fan of country music, so this is for her). Then east to the outer banks of North Carolina, since we're both big fans of the ocean and have never been to this part of the Atlantic.
Though I'm usually an obsessive trip planner, with a pre-planned itinerary that includes our hotel, activities and sometimes even a restaurant I want to visit, this time we're just going to cruise the country and see what interests us along the way.
Later.

overdue? how many vacation,s a year do you get? I'll be on a permanent vacation shortly.
Timing your vacation so as to be out of state for the MSU/U of M showdown? What are you afraid of, Dave? October 7 is certain to be scarier for the Wolverines than Halloween this year! GO SPARTANS!!
You'll be passing close by. Have fun. Enjoy!
You'll be back for the big game- I know you will. And the MSU- Illinois is no biggie. Wait! I live in Illinois! Oh, man- what are our colors? Who's the mascot? Dave! Come back! I can't hold the line against that Spartan all by myself!
(Hope you're having a grand tour!)
Hope you're having a great trip!

I'm jealous! Y'all have fun :)
Our Chicago trip is almost over and I hope you and Wendy have as much fun as we have had here.
Nashville will always be one of my favorite cities. Take lots of photos, listen to great music, and be ready to tell us all about it when you get home again.
Good for you Big Dave. I would love to visit the Opry, however I would be thinking of all the country stars from back in the day that my father used to listen to...
Enjoy!
GAME TIME!!
